The Clean Water Act and the Constitution, 2nd Edition: Legal Structure and the Public's Right to a Clean and Healthy Environment by Robin Kundis Craig

Agenda for a Sustainable America

This is  an outstanding work. The authors have covered the extensive breadth of wetlands law and policy at the federal and state levels in a clear and well organized way. The work is extremely well researched and provides the latest update and analysis of this ever changing area of the law. I was very impressed that the deskbook not only thoroughly covers  the Clean Water Act Section 404 program but also addresses other federal wetlands programs such as those administered by  Agriculture and Interior as well as providing and excellent overview of state wetlands programs . The back material is very comprehensive and easily usable.  As a wetlands practitioner, I intend to use this Deskbook frequently and highly recommend  this work to any one  involved in this  extremely important area of environmental  law..”
